Jason's ten year party:)

This last Saturday we celebrated Jason's yen years in the army and had a lot of fun:) We played horse shoes and just hung out as a family it was way fun.

Finally our wait was over we have had tickets to george strait for months and friday was the day. we got there early to make sure we would get good seats on the grass since it was at USANA and it was so so sooooooooo HOT. but we survived and got great seats he is such an amazing artist and juliann hough and blake shelton were not to shabby them selves.

I don't really know what i am doing but here is my best try at blogging. A little update on mine and my husbands life right now is that we bought a house in January and have been living in a construction zone for the last 6 months. it was a major fixer upper and we have done a lot of work that is finally starting to feel like it is paying off. i am a huge animal lover and even though gage won't admit it he is too. we have been married a year and a half and i have already talked him into 2 cats and a dog:) we have an orange cat that looks just like his dad named Cheeto and a cute really fluffy kitten named frizzy which when you see a picture of her you can see where she got her name. our latest addition to the family is Bruce. he is a golden lab and he is only about 3 months old. I am talking the summer off from school but i work for a special needs summer camp that is so fun and i am excited for fall because i get to start the special education program at BYU and i will be that much closer to finishing:) Gage is a trooper he is going to school right now and has been pounding out all the classes he can while still working full time. right now we are looking forward to the George Strait concert on Friday and them also for Moon Lake the first week in august!!!! oh yeah and we are finishing our basement this month and will hopefully be getting carpet in august as well!!
